9 Speaker Takeaways From The MMFM Virtual Business Summit

Episode 159

We had some of the best speakers, coaches, and experts come on to speak at the MMFM Virtual Business Summit - and did they ever overdeliver. Even as someone who has heard them all speak several times, I couldn’t keep up with taking notes and learning something new. In today’s episode, I summarize my takeaways from each of the 9 speakers. It definitely does not do it justice (go watch the replays to get the full effect!), but it will give you a general overview and some action steps you can get started on today to improve your business.

Virtual Biz Summit Recap Episode 159

[00:00:00] Dave: [00:00:00] Hey there mighty men I'm your host, Dr. Dave Paczkowski founder of man-made for more coaching, our business helps husbands love up there. Their leadership and their legacy in marriage and in business. The purpose of this podcast is to bring together like-minded men that feel destined for big things in their life and provide you the resources and community that you need to lead yourself, your family and your business.

[00:00:27] If you've ever felt overwhelmed, frustrated, lost quite alone on your journey to a better and more purposeful life. You're in the right. You weren't designed to be average. So it's time to quit living that way today. I'm giving you permission to unlock your true potential and step into all that you were made for.

[00:00:45]What's up champions, Dr. Dave here, and I'm back with another episode of the men made for more podcast and a while we will be resuming guest episodes very shortly. I wanted to take another solo [00:01:00] episode too. Just recap the past few days. So this is being recorded right after our three-day virtual business summit.

[00:01:09] Uh, the men made for more summit that we put on had nine speakers come in. Uh, hundreds of people signed up for it, and I either was able to tune in live, watch the replays, and it was. Absolutely amazing time. So much, so much fun, so much good engagement, so many good questions. So many people just active in their, their learning and their growth seeking that next level in business, but also in their, in their life as well.

[00:01:35] And their relationships, people that want to live in the and see business success. And fulfilling relationships and personal success and all those other areas that we need. So I wanted to come on here to, uh, give my takeaways from the nine speakers that, uh, I was so blessed and fortunate that we're able to come on that were so willing to generously give their time and their [00:02:00] wisdom and their experience, uh, for everyone listening in.

[00:02:03] And I wanted to give my notes for them. Cause even. A lot of these have become, uh, close friends of mine, people that are coaches that have become friends and mentors of mine, people that I've heard speak time and time again. But. When you get people like this in a, in a room and when you get them, get them going.

[00:02:19] There's always something to learn in my, my notes where I was, I was scribbling the whole time as I was listening to people because, um, I'm always learning and always trying to grow. And there's always new stuff that people are bringing. So I want to break down my takeaways, my notes from these nine speakers, just a, in a concise way.

[00:02:36] I, after each of the days, I would, I would kind of recap my notes as I like to do, uh, just to help with retaining it and make sure I'm not just consuming things in. Uh, making sure I'm actually seeing how I can apply different things. So I want to go through, uh, my takeaways and then, uh, and, uh, just give you guys the, uh, the biggest things that were impactful, impactful for me in between, uh, some of the other teachings we got to do, [00:03:00] uh, throughout those four hours on the three separate days.

[00:03:03] Uh, so the first speaker that came in egg, I was talking on a overall on. Being your own boss and what that, what that actually means. And what we talked about was a lot of people get into, uh, get into business thinking I can be my own boss. I can work what I want when I want, I have schedule flexibility and I, I can, uh, you know, just work when I want take off when I want.

[00:03:26] And it's just this, this dream of the, you know, the cars and the, the, the things and the, the entrepreneur life, so to speak. But in reality, we have to, we have to be rigid as the CEO of our own business and of our, of our own life and to do that requires organization and systems in place, uh, to make sure that we're hitting the areas that we need to, uh, because that, that life seems glamorous.

[00:03:49] Work when I want get out of bed, uh, still got my PJ's on and doing work from, from home, uh, for myself. Uh, but that's, that's going to get old quick when money's not coming in. When new customers aren't coming in, [00:04:00] when new leads aren't, aren't reaching out, uh, to become prospective customers. So we talked about.

[00:04:05] Uh, the, yeah, he highlighted the four quadrants that you need to be blocking. Yeah. Your time into. And the first quadrant was family time in relationships. Uh, the second time, second quadrant was your health, your training, third quadrant, the fulfillment side of whatever you do. That's, uh, you know, fulfilling on the, on the service.

[00:04:23] That's working in the business. And then the fourth quadrant being the one that most entrepreneurs neglect is working on the business. So stepping back, at least he recommended 10 to 20% at a minute. To make sure that you're working on those long-term objectives that are gonna bring in, uh, bringing business and really grow the business over time.

[00:04:42] And that's where a lot of people miss the mark is on that, on the business part. Some other things that he mentioned were mastering the transitions, transitions from a micro scale of, okay. Transitioning that the moments in your day, where you're not wasting so much time doing something like a time audit to really [00:05:00] reflect on where your time is being spent and how you can, how you can find some of those hours that may, you may think are productive, but are actually being, being wasted in, in little, you know, 15, 30 minute chunks throughout the day.

[00:05:12] And yeah. Also to, uh, reflect regularly on every month or at least quarterly tying back to your ultimate vision, making sure that you're setting your schedule up in a way that is moving you closer to that ultimate vision. And that was something that I spoke a lot on throughout the, throughout the summit and, and going from, okay, how do we identify this, this big picture vision and.

[00:05:34] Lay out a process of, of what we call goal setting to the now of here's the big vision, but what do I actually need to be doing today? And the day-to-day things and everything in between. And that's. That's something allowed the speakers reiterated and something that we kept coming back to. Uh, but those were some of the highlights I had from Eve Gigi.

[00:05:53] And then, uh, Steve Weatherford came on and he did what Steve Weatherford does have for you guys are familiar with him or follow him. [00:06:00] He's, uh, he's the type that can just grab the mic and rip it. And that's, uh, that's what I let him do for, for a big chunk of it as he was, uh, just diving into the urgency behind.

[00:06:11] All right, this lifetime and how we have to be, be living, especially with, uh, the first half of 2021 being in the books. And we're already coming up on the last five months of 2021. And, and he took it a step further. He had, uh, he had just gotten a, a poster that he ordered in it. It had all the weeks of his life mapped up and he's coming on almost halfway done with, with his, his life.

[00:06:32] And it has little dots of every single week of your, of your life. And you're kind of supposed to like dotted in as you go and. Based on. Well, the, the oldest, his family tends to live at 82 or whatever it is, he's, he's approaching the halfway point of his life. And that's so, so insane to think about of how, you know, how fragile and how quick this this life can be.

[00:06:53] And none of that's even, even guaranteed. We don't have the next five months to 2021 guaranteed. Uh, but we do need to. [00:07:00] Uh, we'd need to reflect on that every once in a while and come back with a new level of urgency of saying, Hey, I say, I want to do these things. Am I really operating day to day with that level of excellence to help me get.

[00:07:13] And the other thing is he, he talked about, uh, many, many things he, he hit on, but, uh, one of the big themes was being intentional and strategic with that time. So having the sense of urgency, but how do you also be intentional with how you're, how you're spending that time, intentional with your actions, action, strategic with the steps you're taking and doing it consistent bold action day after day, day after day.

[00:07:36] And, uh, those were, those were some of the things that, you know, he, he highlighted and, uh, Especially as it relates to you. The action side of it, but also the transforming your mind side of it. And he talked about championship language and having core values in place to know what defines you, having those, that contract in place that he talks about as a man of honor and integrity and accountability, and someone who can live up to that [00:08:00] day in and day out and look yourself in the mirror and really be, uh, really be proud of who you are as you, as you look in the mail.

[00:08:05] And for him. And for those that don't know his testimony, a big, big shift for him was when he accepted Jesus into his life. And he was able to speak candidly on that and acknowledge that nothing, nothing he had tried changed until, until that, until that decision happened for him. And that's when he moved from operating in the natural, I've only seen success maybe in, in fitness or in bodybuilding becoming NFL's fittest, man, winning a super bowl, making a lot of money.

[00:08:34] Feeling, you know, feeling kind of miserable on the inside and, and lacking in the relationships lacking in those other things. But when he made that decision, then he stopped operating just that the natural sense and started seeing just supernatural results that are beyond, beyond his own explanation. So that was a amazing, amazing talk and opportunity from, from Steve.

[00:08:54] So thankful for him giving. Giving her time, even above and beyond what he committed to, to [00:09:00] pour into the people there on the call. And then, uh, the first day, uh, finished off with Al Hamad who talked about, uh, just his, his four quarter system and how, how he experienced burnout and adrenal fatigue and was, was, uh, you know, not showing up as the, the man that he wanted to be was crushing it in business, but just burning the candle and, and, and working himself into the ground.

[00:09:22] And he had to make this shift to be more. Intentional with his schedule and, and breaking his day up into, into four quarters. And specifically I breaking it up into me time. So his time with, with God, his time with working out his time with himself in the morning to get his mind, right. His personal development time, first thing in the morning and that first quarter of the day.

[00:09:41] And then he goes to working in the business. And the second quarter on the business and the third quarter, and then that fourth quarter being we time or his family time when he does what he describes as his why. And, uh, that, that happened from a shift he made from being, I love how he said this to being.

[00:09:59] A [00:10:00] businessman with a family to being a family man with a business. And that was a, a shift and intentional shift. He had to focus more on implementing the structure. The order needed, the habits needed. Those disciplines needed to focus on relationships more to be so intentional with the way he's pouring into his relationships with his family, with those around him.

[00:10:19] And, uh, it's, it's really shown in his transformation and, and just an amazing story and, and his ability to stay disciplined in those boundaries to not sacrifice time, to, to say, Hey, well, I have this opportunity to make some money, but it's going to come at the expense of my family. That's something he doesn't, he doesn't even entertain anymore.

[00:10:36] It can be, there's no amount of money, your check that, uh, someone could write him outside of those hours when he's committed to. Being with his family, uh, that would determine from that. Cause he knows, uh, kind of like Steve was talking about, he knows there's a, a sense of urgency that he only has so many summers left with his kids before they are out of high school and they have the, they might not be living with them anymore and he knows how fragile that time is.

[00:10:59] And [00:11:00] that's why he prioritizes that. So. So that was our amazing lineup from day one. Has we got into day two, uh, Dr. Danny  came on and, uh, always, always so fun chatting with him. One of my mentors, actually one of the first coaches that I hired personally to work with in, in his first mastermind group, uh, for physical therapy, business owners, specifically, uh, cash physiotherapy owners, and, uh, He talked on, on charging, what you're worth selling high ticket and, uh, just some, uh, some selling strategies to, uh, help those that are trying to.

[00:11:35] Trying to build their business through being able to effectively sell and communicate. And some of the points he made was that we, we sometimes dig ourselves in a hole because we assume that what we know is what everybody else knows and where we're afraid to charge what we're worth, because it's, we're like, oh, that's not a big deal.

[00:11:51] That's just something that comes easy to me. But other people pay for solutions that you have a solution to their problem. And being able to effectively communicate that and show [00:12:00] that, uh, Yeah, we can't downplay that the amount of knowledge that we actually have around our, around our service, around our product, uh, he, he talks a lot about the emotions of conviction of confidence and having the right mindset, uh, as some of the biggest things around able to sell effectively, uh, the ability to clarify the problem for people.

[00:12:21] And not just do that by pointing out the problem, but do that by actively listening, asking the right questions at the right time to help other people see the problem versus just telling them, Hey, this is, this is your problem. This is why you need this asking questions and guiding them in a way to get them to.

[00:12:37] Conclusion. I also talked a lot that selling is not logical. Selling is a very emotional in nature. We, uh, we rationalize it with, with logic. We make, we make the buying decisions typically emotionally, and then we rationalize it with logic, but we can't try and sell and answer questions and handle objections with logic because that's not really, what's, uh, what's driving people, what's driving people to.

[00:13:00] [00:13:00] And he, uh, he also mentioned that, you know, the importance of having passion behind what you're selling. If you don't believe in what you're selling, then go sell something else. That's one of the biggest, biggest things for people. Uh, people are going to tell right away if you're, if you're not excited about your song, if you don't truly think it can, uh, it can change lives.

[00:13:17] Uh, and one, one other thing he mentioned was. And obviously the, the importance of, of just getting the wraps, where people, people think they're going to be good at this, especially if, uh, if you, you don't come from a business background and you've never, or a sales background, and you're just really good at what you do and excited about doing it.

[00:13:32] You're going to have to get the reps in to get comfortable with it, to get in the habit of, of being able to deliver that, that message to clarify that. And sell the people effectively. He also tied, he said to tie everything back into that vision statement, the importance to strengthen conviction, strengthen your confidence through reading your vision statement every single day to really remember why you're doing it.

[00:13:56] Our second speaker on day two, uh, Nicholas Copeland [00:14:00] burger came on and, uh, this was a great talk with, uh, with him. He's the founder of LifeWorks movement. And he talked about how. Action creates clarity and some of the three steps he talks about that, that he identified for himself. And a lot of the people that he's been able to coach is to first define.

[00:14:17] So define what that vision is, define what you're working towards. Second thing a lot. Aligned with the right people, the people that are doing the things you want to be doing are the people that are going the direction that you want to be heading. And then third thing actualize. So believe it, believe it into action and start taking the action steps needed to make that a vision.

[00:14:37] You have a reality. He also talks a lot on the importance of mentorship and how impactful that's been in his life. Uh, transforming, you know, really short, short cutting the, the, uh, path he's been on in terms of I've seen success at a higher rate and a faster rate, just due to being around the people that he wants to surround himself with.

[00:14:58] And he spoke a lot on [00:15:00] living by design over to fault. When it comes to choosing your mentors, default, being a default would be okay, whoever comes into my life, I'm going to just spend time around them because that just is who happens to be there, where he believes much more in, in design, who's doing what I want to be doing.

[00:15:15] Who's, who's living in a way that I want to be living like and how do I get myself in the room with that? And he mentioned, uh, three kind of three levels of mentors that you can have. Uh, one would be ones that you absolutely don't have access to people that have passed away, but you can still learn from through, through books, through their teaching, through videos, they've put out the second level would be someone you're not actively spending time with, but, uh, someone you can still get around their teachings or have the potential someday to be around.

[00:15:45] They should be some of the. Bigger name people, you know, the, the Tony Robbins out there, people like that, we can attend one of his big events, but likely in the short term, you're not going to be able to, you know, get immediate, intimate one-on-one time with him. And then you have your level three mentors, and those are the ones you actually have physical [00:16:00] access to those that are involved in your life.

[00:16:02] Those that are, uh, know what, you know, what you're going through are specifically coaching. You are having regular communication with you to, uh, you know, to be able to help you. And you can learn from all those, but, uh, there's a couple of ways to do that. And he mentioned you can seek to serve or pay to play and pay to play is a way where you can invest in their coaching program, invest in their events, invest in something they're doing to try and get around them.

[00:16:27] And that's the, you know, candidly that the faster way to do it. Uh, they're they're going to be more invested in you if you invest in them. But if, uh, you know, financial resources. Realistic for something like that, or you want to try and find a different way than you have to seek to serve. And that's finding a way to help them out with their, with their mission volunteer and what they're doing.

[00:16:46] And this has gotta be a long-term thing. It's not a, it's not something that you serve one time and then say, Hey, I, I helped out with this thing. So now can you, you know, return this thing one for one, it's gotta be something that you commit to for the, for the long. Uh, the last thing he wrapped [00:17:00] up with is be someone who finds solutions over problems.

[00:17:03] Don't look at the, all the reasons why I can't work, try and find that one reason why I can work and believe in what's possible. Our third speaker for, for day two was Mike Liguori. Uh, just an amazing, amazing storyteller. Someone who's very talented in the, in the podcast space and helping, helping brands and people tell their message, tell their story.

[00:17:25] And he, uh, he taught me. How we all have a story that's unique and how we have to ha how we have to own that. And a lot of people think that, oh, well, my story is boring or not important. I don't have as cool of a story is, has this company or this person. And. He says, that's not the case, your, your story may seem boring because you're the one living in every day, but your story is never done.

[00:17:48] You're always writing the next chapters as you, as you evolve, as you change, as you grow, and someone's going to connect with that. You don't have to try and make something up. That's, you know, a story that isn't [00:18:00] true to who you are, but you just have to tell your story. And the people that need to connect with that will, uh, will come along with that.

[00:18:06] And he mentioned three parts to a, to a good story that. To, to actually write out on paper, to get out on paper, to define, to have in front of you, that people can connect with you. And the first thing he mentioned was your mission and that's who are you? What are, what are the traits you have, the personality qualities, you have, the things that you, uh, embody that.

[00:18:28] You are just, are just part of who you are and this would be being introverted versus extroverted. Are you, are you someone serious, confident, funny list out all these things and list them out without, without judging necessarily, but list them out with, uh, you know, just to, just to get them down as, as identifying, Hey, this is, this is who I am and, uh, being able to, uh, then.

[00:18:50] You know, find out what those common strengths are, what those things are that you can, that you can do that you can speak on to help people get to know who you are. And people are going to, you know, connect with with that unique set of, [00:19:00] uh, you know, characteristics and traits that, that you have that, uh, is going to make people, people drawn to you, whether you, uh, whether you think, think you're someone likable or not.

[00:19:09] Uh, the first step is just getting that, getting that out there and, and identifying that for, for what it is, the second step being the manifesto. And this is. What can you do to make change in the world? And this is where a lot of personal brands and businesses can separate themselves is what are you, what are you doing to transform the world?

[00:19:28] What are you doing to transform the people around you? What is your, what is your manifesto? If you, if you were the leader, if you are the leader, what are you, what do you stand for? What are you doing? Make a change beyond, you know, an impact bigger than simply just making money, simply just building a business.

[00:19:44] And this is something that people can can, uh, when, when put down clearly can grab onto and come along with and be like, wow, that's a, that's a cool mission. Think about something like the Toms model where it's, you know, the, every for every pair of shoes you buy, they, they. [00:20:00] They donate ones to people in need and models like that, that you want to be supportive of.

[00:20:05] You're like, Hey, that's a, that's a cool mission. I can, I can get down with that. So that's the first emission then the manifesto, the third thing, being your values, what do you stand for? What do you want people to know about you? What do you plant your flag on? What do you believe in that? Uh, is something that again, people can identify with and say, Hey, yes, I, I align with that.

[00:20:24] He's got, he's got beliefs and values that I want to, I want to be here. And this, uh, this is related directly to, you know, more of a personal brand, but he argues that as the, as the owner of the business, you can't, you can't separate yourself from it. A quality business is a quality story and people want to know what the, what the owners story.

[00:20:45] Uh, last thing he wrapped up with was to give, give, give, and give, get, to get to know your customer, get to know their pain points and, uh, continue to give through, uh, just high quality content, continuing to give without necessarily asking for [00:21:00] anything in return. So moving on to day three, uh, first we had Josh Canova coming out.

[00:21:09] And he talked about the three areas. Every business area needs to have tracks to see success in those three were so operations. You talked about cost of acquisition and customer retention were the three that he went deeper on. And, uh, he's, he's. Very successful COO for, uh, uh, a very, very successful coaching company.

[00:21:30] And the three-day broken was that operations, the cost of acquisition and the customer retention, the operations, he talks about how important it is to know your numbers. Be able to stay organized and set strategic goals off. To be able to actually track these things, see if you're making change. And the second piece within operations talked about is, is don't forget about your employees.

[00:21:48] A lot of people, we were so focused on going out and getting customers that we don't realize the importance of taking really good care of our employees, making it a great place to work and, um, building our operations [00:22:00] from. For the cost of acquisition, uh, fairly straightforward, but he, he said that, do you know what a customer costs?

[00:22:06] And is that, is that worth it? Are you actually tracking that in terms of how much marketing you're spending to, uh, to acquire a customer and do you know how much it costs to deliver on your product or service? And that's gonna go a long way and telling how successful your business is and, and how. How well it's doing from a, from a marketing standpoint specifically, and the last piece being customer retention, creating systems to over-deliver on your customer experience.

[00:22:31] So using technology to advantage, setting up some of the different softwares out there to set reminders, to do those little, those little notes to people, those little gifts to people that let them know that, Hey, I'm thinking about you. Hey, I care about you because we don't realize that our customers are gold.

[00:22:48] And we were saying. We're so often focused on, okay, how do I get more new customers? And we lose sight. The fact that we already have customers that are, are paying us and love what we do and love what we stand [00:23:00] for yet. We're so focused on spending money on marketing that we forget to shift a little bit of that money and energy and time towards the people that we are.

[00:23:09] Second speaker on day two, uh, Cody G came in and NLP trainer and expert, uh, came in and that's basically, he talked on what NLP, neural, neuro, linguistic programming. He can, uh, he can say it and explain it much better than I can, but essentially this is the power of the subconscious mind when it comes to selling and community.

[00:23:30] And how there's so many limiting beliefs and things that we hold on to. And our subconscious things that we don't even consciously recall things from our impactful periods of before we were seven or eight years old and habits that we've had around maybe money, maybe around selling, maybe around business, maybe around all of these different things.

[00:23:49] And until we can get to the root of those, which NLP can help, help to accomplish, then we're going to continue to have these. These limiting beliefs that might play Gus, it might come off subconsciously as [00:24:00] were trying to communicate to other people. So he talked a lot about just the power of the subconscious.

[00:24:05] He took us through some cool anchoring strategies and how to, how to, uh, anchor confidence and motivation into, uh, through, uh, through a simple kind of tactile cue type thing that, uh, that he's able to take us through visualizing a time where we were confident, motivated, and how to anchor that in as something that you can access at anytime when you're feeling low on motivation or feeling low on confidence.

[00:24:27] He also talked a lot about how to. Overcome objections. And I love how he said this. He said shift from overcoming customer objections to problem solving is a new way to look at it. And he mentioned, uh, AER with this that's acknowledged empathize and reassure, but also getting to the root problem. Not assuming that every.

[00:24:47] Objections are not, are usually just smoke screens for something else. So being able to clarify that and a big thing that he kept coming back to is just the power of adjusting your tone and your teaching style to match the individual. There's no [00:25:00] one size fits all approach when it comes to communicating.

[00:25:02] And the more you can match that to the person you're talking to, the more effective that is. That's where I last speaker last one was the beautiful Dr. Lindsay Petkoski. My wife came on to, uh, to talk and this one, a really fun conversation, honestly. Uh, I'm, I'm biased, probably the, the most fun out of all of them for me, just because I love having my, um, my wife and to be able to, uh, speak to, uh, the people that I'm coaching, the people that I get to pour into, uh, because yeah.

[00:25:33] We prioritize our marriage very highly for us. It's it's God. And then it's each other. That's, uh, that's something that, you know, we love business. We love seeing success there. We love our friends. We love our family, but, uh, those, you know, it doesn't come before each other. And that's something that we've worked a lot on.

[00:25:49] We've had our share of struggles. We don't pretend to have it all figured out, but it was really fun. Being able to come on and have her speak some life and encouragement to people in the group that. [00:26:00] People that were at the summit that I have this big dream in their heart. They have this vision in their heart and their spouse can't see the whole picture.

[00:26:08] They don't have the vision who you seen. They're not fully on board with it. They're like, why would you leave this good job you have right now for this. This thing you want to do. And we know because we've been there, it was, it was hard on, on Lindsey to be able to see that, but she's been so supportive through it and she was able to speak some on how to be supportive as a spouse.

[00:26:28] But what she's looking for though, when, when, uh, in hindsight, when I, when I came with these visions of, Hey, I want to start this PT business. And then I want to start this coaching business and her ability to, to say what she needs to see of how to be supportive, but also needing to see. Actions matching the words of, if you have this big vision, what are the actions you're doing matching up with those things?

[00:26:50] She also talked about the importance of having clarity and unity of vision within, within your relationship, having that open communication, being so huge. We talked about some [00:27:00] of the, uh, Yeah. Some of the, uh, you know, barriers and challenges of working with your spouse, it's, uh, it comes with its share of challenges, but how, how we handle that and how we've found, uh, you know, success in our communication and actually built our relationship stronger from that, I talked about the importance of creating boundaries, implementing boundaries when it comes to work, when it comes to commitments, when it comes to some of those others.

[00:27:25] And just the importance of, of coaching for us and how transformational coaching has been through the couple business groups that, that we're a part of. And we get marriage coaching as well. And just the importance of proactively investing in those things of not waiting for something to happen to. I go seek out there, but to actually do that proactively learn to communicate better, learn to love each other better and learn to grow too.

[00:27:48] So guys that's, uh, that's uh, my highlights from a, a chockfull three days of speakers. And I went through that pretty quick. I, I did not do that full justice. [00:28:00] That's, uh, my summary from those, uh, but each one of those was some spoke for at least 30 minutes, some as long as, you know, 45, 50 minutes, uh, in terms of just they, they came on and they just poured into.

[00:28:12] Uh, the people that had signed up for the summit, I'm, I'm just so grateful for, uh, for each one of them, because I continue to learn so much from them. Uh, just so thankful to be surrounded by some amazing individuals, some of the best coaches and speakers out there. And just so thankful for everyone that signed up for the summit as well.

[00:28:27] And they came and hung with us for three full days, three full mornings. I know that's a, that's a lot. I know people have other commitments, other things going on. Uh, so I was just extremely thankful for, for how it came together. And I hope my hope, my voice doesn't sound too gone right now. This is recording after three days of that.

[00:28:45] So I'll have to give it a, give it a few days rest after, uh, just a lotta, a lot of talking and engaging. Uh, but I just loved every bit of it. Uh, so I, I just said, I'm just so thankful for the. The people that showed up for it, thankful for all that [00:29:00] supported to make it happen. And for those that want to catch the replays, uh, we, you guys missed your chance to sign up completely for free at the media pass though is currently a half off.

[00:29:10] What's going to be it's it's available for, uh, for $20 to get full access to all those replays lifetime access to those the three full days for four hours. And, uh, if you guys want a deeper dive on that, uh, that's my. A bird's eye view of, of what we talked about, but if you want all the exercises, we went through all the speakers.

[00:29:30] Uh, speaker full conversations then, uh, I'll link up in the show notes for, for a media pass. And then also we have an opportunity for, uh, for podcast listeners.
